Terms and Conditions

Registration and processing for a guided umrah experience is considered final and non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, a credit towards a future umrah may be granted on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for this consideration, a request must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled guided umrah experience. It is important to note that proof may be required to support the claim of being unable to attend during the scheduled guided umrah experience.
